This is Dom Caldwell's personal website. It has no account system, contact form, advertising tracker or analytics script. The static hosting provider may process request information, including IP address and time, to deliver and protect the site.

External links and YouTube thumbnails shown on this page can contact those services, and their privacy policies apply. Newsletter subscriptions happen on Substack, not here.

Personal Content Studio

Content Studio is private software Dom uses on his own Mac. It stores saved links, notes, uploaded images, drafts, interview answers, Brand Doc versions and feedback in a local database and managed files. Captures can contain information about other people, and public creator information may be kept as research references. Backups contain the same private information.

The optional Studio Inbox uses Dom's iCloud Drive; files in that folder sync through Apple under his iCloud settings. Removing an inbox file does not remove an imported capture or a backup.

Studio currently has no connected social account, public posting service or paid AI integration, and it does not request OAuth permissions. If account connections are added, this policy will be updated before any authorization to describe the exact data, purposes, retention, deletion, revocation and providers involved.

Dom can choose to export a saved draft or profile and share it with an AI assistant such as Claude or Codex. Those exports can include reference material and personal answers; processing by that provider follows its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and contact

Records and backups remain until Dom deliberately removes them; archiving a record does not erase it. There is no public registration or public deletion dashboard. For a privacy question, reach out through one of the public profiles linked on the home page.
